BIS stands for Blockwell Integrated Services — the same name as the company behind it. It's being introduced as the utility coin of the Blockwell ecosystem.
WHAT IS BIS?
Most new coins launch with nothing behind them but a promise — a whitepaper, a roadmap, and a hope that something useful gets built eventually. BIS takes the opposite approach.
Blockwell already operates real, physical businesses: Blockwell Logistics and Blockwell Resort are running today, Blockwell Hotel is under development, and Blockwell Academy is actively training people in the digital economy. BIS is designed to be usable across these businesses — meaning it's meant to have somewhere to go the moment it exists, instead of sitting idle while an ecosystem is built around it later.
