Blockwell Integrated Services Limited is a registered Nigerian technology company working across blockchain, cryptocurrency, and software engineering.
We exist at a point where two worlds meet: the fast-moving frontier of blockchain and cryptocurrency, and the steady discipline of good software engineering. Most companies are strong in one and weak in the other. We built Blockwell to be credible in both.
On the blockchain and crypto side, we design and build smart contracts, decentralized applications, tokens, and Web3 platforms — with security and auditability treated as first-class requirements, not an afterthought.
On the software side, we deliver the same engineering rigor to conventional web and mobile applications, IT consulting, and systems integration — for businesses that simply need reliable technology, blockchain or not.

Egbodo Johnson Okpeje, Esq. is a seasoned corporate lawyer qualified to practice in Nigeria, with extensive experience advising businesses on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions. He holds an LL.B from the University of Abuja and a B.L from the Nigerian Law School. As a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, he has a proven track record of delivering strategic legal solutions that drive business growth and mitigate risk. His expertise includes company formation, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, and corporate restructuring, with in-depth knowledge of Nigeria's legal and regulatory environment. Adept at working with startups, SMEs, and multinational corporations across various industries, he has successfully represented clients in high-profile matters, and is recognised for his analytical skill, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex legal issues into practical business advice.
